項(xiàng)目位于青島李滄區(qū)、項(xiàng)目地塊緊臨青銀高速，西靠青龍山公園，現(xiàn)狀周邊豐富的城市配套形成了良好的天然條件，而借助于五大開發(fā)商聯(lián)合開發(fā)“森林公園”城市涵氧住區(qū)的巨大優(yōu)勢，加上越秀.棠樾高層+商墅+LOFT的多元業(yè)態(tài)空間，使得項(xiàng)目構(gòu)成了整個“森林公園”的價值高峰，林上之巔就此而成。

場地條件帶來的是挑戰(zhàn)也有激動，但更多的是功能體系下科學(xué)而適度的空間組織，通過對現(xiàn)場的解讀，形成一個幽隱于市、默入森林、摒棄嘈雜的綠色空間、滿足場所對于藝術(shù)的渴望、通過景觀勾勒環(huán)境，以一種立體、連貫的設(shè)計、串聯(lián)三種業(yè)態(tài)、形成在生態(tài)中的精致場所。

The site conditions bring both challenges and excitement, but more importantly, it is a scientific and moderate spatial organization within the functional system. Through interpreting the site, it forms a green space that is secluded in the city, hidden in the forest, abandoning noise, satisfying the place's desire for art, and outlining the environment through the landscape. Through a three-dimensional, coherent design, connecting three types of business, it forms an exquisite place in the ecology.

故事的玄妙 在于講述一次超凡的體驗(yàn)

The mystery of the story lies in telling an extraordinary experience 

從解讀場地開始、我們與業(yè)主一同尋找最好的答案、如同攥寫一篇華美的詩篇，無懼反復(fù)修改，重來，直到最后入序山門，轉(zhuǎn)行空境，看綠野芳翠，穿疏廊而進(jìn)，繼而水畔聽風(fēng)小憩，繞轉(zhuǎn)而歸，在“山峰原谷林”之間跳動、拼接縫合，書寫城市與林間的綠野五章。

Starting from interpreting the venue, we work together with the homeowners to find the best answer. It's like writing a magnificent poem, fearless of repeated revisions, starting over again, until we finally enter the preface mountain gate, turn to the empty space, see the lush greenery, walk through sparse corridors, and then take a break by the water to listen to the wind. We turn around and return, jumping and stitching together between the "mountains, valleys, and forests", writing the five chapters of greenery between the city and the forest.

筑夢山水、綠野尋蹤，綠野五章構(gòu)筑森林秘境。穿越城市與場地邊屆，喧囂在這一刻變得靜止，穿過如同山壁一樣的高墻，精致的屏風(fēng)，仿佛進(jìn)行了一場時空穿越。建筑如山嶺在側(cè)，景觀如碧草芳林，相得益彰。向北轉(zhuǎn)過空靈的對景，順著懸廊勾勒出檐下的精彩，盡頭處，一處清靜的平臺完成了森境的閉合，詩意的圓滿。

Build a dream of mountains and rivers, pursue the greenery, and construct a forest secret realm through the five chapters of greenery. Crossing the city and the boundaries of the venue, the hustle and bustle becomes static at this moment. Passing through high walls like mountain walls and exquisite screens, it feels like a journey through time and space. The architecture is like a mountain ridge on the side, and the landscape is like a fragrant forest of green grass, complementing each other. Turning north, I turned towards the ethereal scenery and outlined the wonderful scenery under the eaves along the hanging corridor. At the end, a quiet platform completed the closure of the forest and the poetic perfection.

After walking through the bustling city and retreating to the high walls, the faint fragrance floats

明快而典雅、高聳而幽深。沒有過多的矯揉造作，控制住每一個必需功能，兩側(cè)的高墻與中央的鏤空屏風(fēng)構(gòu)成了上下之間的黃金比例，墻后的一片林冠若隱若現(xiàn)，靜逸生活的大幕在這之后徐徐拉開，深沉的灰色與精奢的暗金，與那造型別致高雅的一抹綠色，形成了藝術(shù)的序章，斑駁的樹影后包含著無數(shù)的可能，帶給了生活更多的暢想。

Bright and elegant, towering and deep. Without too much affectation, every necessary function was controlled. The high walls on both sides and the hollow screen in the center formed a golden ratio between the top and bottom. Behind the wall, a forest canopy loomed faintly, and the curtain of peaceful life slowly unfolded. The deep gray and luxurious dark gold, along with the unique and elegant green design, formed the prelude to art, and the mottled tree shadows contained countless possibilities, Bringing more imagination to life.

高墻阻隔了城市的忙碌，格柵上金色的流光，與水景中跳躍的清泉，象征著生命的精致、光芒與活力，穿過門序，拙樸的景墻撲面而來，沿著轉(zhuǎn)折的回廊構(gòu)成了一幅畫框，頭頂樹冠的斑駁與腳下瓦片的滄桑，構(gòu)成了空靈的境地，透過枝椏透過了清涼，漫步其間，腳下的步伐也變得輕松舒緩，感覺公園就在家的邊上。

The high wall blocks the busyness of the city, with the golden streamer on the grille and the jumping spring in the water scenery, symbolizing the delicacy, radiance, and vitality of life. Passing through the doorstep, the simple landscape wall rushes towards you, forming a picture frame along the turning corridor. The mottled crown of the tree above and the vicissitudes of the tiles below form an ethereal realm. Through the branches, the coolness permeates, and walking through it makes the steps at your feet relaxed and relaxed, I feel like the park is right next to my home.

貫穿東西的廊架 ，利用建筑形成了恰好的休憩與交通空間，借、障、引、掩不同的造景手段、條石、林帶、壁燈等精致而自然的空間環(huán)境，打造可行可停的空間環(huán)境，廊架之側(cè)數(shù)十棵烏桕參差而立。枝葉搖曳，樹影婆娑，一片碧海綠波，深林青翠，如同城市之中的神秘花園，令人神往，而多變的墻體分隔與碧野烏林形成了強(qiáng)烈的對比，藝術(shù)的精致與生態(tài)的怡情構(gòu)成強(qiáng)烈的景致對比，構(gòu)成了全園最精彩的畫面?？疮B瀑奔涌，碧泉凝流的層級感受，黑白兩色的對比，再加上種植引導(dǎo)加持。
